Course Description
Successfully completing a project can be a challenge
at the best of times. With the ever-increasing demand
for accountability, transparency and fiscal management,
you are often required to react to an endless stream
of challenges, due to the dynamic environment in which
you work. The consequence of making a bad decision can
be devastating to your project and your career, but
as the project manager you must do everything in your
power to ensure your project completes on time, on budget
and to specification.
Project Management 101 will teach participants all
aspects required to successfully deliver a project
based on the internationally recognized Project Management
Institute (PMI) tools and techniques. Project Management
101 utilizes hands-on case studies based on real projects
as well as empowering participants to bring actual
projects they are either starting or will be starting
